At Chung’s Martial Arts, we combine traditional and competition-style Korean martial arts. Beginner and intermediate students will train in both traditional and competition-style Taekwondo, becoming skilled in kicking, Poomsae (form patterns), sparring, board breaking, and self defense. While we offer students the opportunity to compete in tournaments, they are an optional part of our program.

More advanced students will be introduced to a variety of Korean martial arts, including Hapkido, Haidong Gumdo (sword art), and Hoshinsul (self defense skills.) Advanced students will also become proficient in weapons, including the Bo staff, Nunchakus, and sword. Our goal is to provide our students with the most beneficial, enjoyable, and effective martial arts system available.
