How the 2-Week Confidence Course Works

2. Come In for Your First Class
Meet our instructors and get started in a supportive environment.
3. Build Confidence & Begin Working Toward White Belt
Over 2 weeks, your child will grow and begin working towards earning their white belt.
White Belt is earned after 8 total classes. All 4 Confidence Course classes count toward that progress, giving you or your child a strong start and a clear next goal if your family chooses to continue training.

Whether your child is 4 or 12, or even if you’re looking for a program as a teen or adult, our classes are structured by age and experience level.
We’ll make sure you’re placed in the right class so you feel comfortable and confident from day one.
